Pixiv art links! + tegaki art links!
Apr. 26th, 2010 04:28 am→ Usual warnings: You need an account for pixiv, you don't need one for devART/tegaki. DON'T TAKE THE ART WITHOUT PERMISSION. Save me, plz. Crapload of links here, so it make take a moment to load.
→ It is like this Pokemon wank happened just in time to MAKE ME HAPPY. And, oh, how it did.
→ Speaking of which, following the comments lead me to Super Effect, that Pokemon webcomic and I seriously laugh like a hyena every time I read this one and am giving serious thought to doing that myself.
→ P.S. I have started playing FireRed. orz orz orz Naturally, because it's the beginning of the game and you only have the one Pokemon at first, you (if you're like me, that is) spend some time leveling it up so that you DON'T DIE on the way to Viridian on the first time and well. MY LIFE. Plus bonus hilarity.
→ P.P.S. AHAHAHAHA, I had this same reaction. "And this is my grandson! Erm... what was your name again?" I knew the game was going to be awesome from that point on.
→ P.P.P.S. I AM GOING TO IMAGINE THIS EVERY SINGLE TIME NOW. :D :D :D
→ Oh, one more thing--as is probably obvious by now, I tend to switch around which names I'm using for the Pokemon characters at any given time. For the most part, I'll refer to them by their game names, but occasionally from the anime as well (where I'll switch between Japanese names and English names). I use "Green" for Red's rival because it's often a theme on so much Pixiv art to draw him in that color that I can't not think of him as "Green", rather than "Blue".
