» "If you post a link to FFNET, I automatically assume it's juvenile and crappy writing!" - The comments do have a lot of, "yeah, no, it's not that bad" in them and one of the best points is about small fandoms that don't get much traffic elsewhere. I've been talking about this recently (given my Sailor Moon and Kyou Kara Maou! reading habits) and I've started to come down on FFNET's side. It's not actually that hard to find readable fic there anymore. You have communities and author's pages with favorites that all function as hundreds of recs for any decent sized fandom, you can get an idea of how popular a fic is by the number of reviews (which isn't always reliable, but neither is LJ/DW's comment count) and it's actually pretty easy to slide right over a fic that has a crap summary, just as easy as doing the same exact thing on LJ. But, best of all, FFNET is actually really comfortable for me to read, in a way that AO3 isn't.
» "I wish we could combine the nice things about all three ships to make one super ship [in Glee fandom]" - I don't necessarily agree with all of the OP's takes (but, well, I wouldn't, would I? XD) but I love that it's kind of true, that each of these Rachel ships has an awesome aspect to it and then a not-so-awesome aspect to it.
» ( glee spoiler? if so, it's very vague, idk - I am currently three eps behind, but I wrote this awhile back, so it may be out of date ) Also, I'm getting really sick of Glee bouncing all over the goddamned map when it comes to anything. What you can take as true one week changes the next and it's like the most inconsistent thing ever. (At least most of the comments seem to agree.)
