Is it really that rare, actual conversation that remains in character? I admit, I haven't read much Saiyuki fanfic (or much fanfic for anything else lately, now that I think about it), so.... Saiyuki's one of those fandoms where I'm rather happy to sit off to the side and watch, I think. Especially since I'm supposed to be a non-writing fan. Hah! Right! Oh god, the plotbunny pain....
