- Full Metal Alchemist - Top Secret [ Japanese Fanart Site ] - Given how much I've crawled all over the J-fandom with FMA sites, it's rare that I find a site like this these days--one with just beautiful art on it. *__* A few are a little shakey, but EVERYTHING is still really pretty; the colors, the lines, the poses, just... I was a swoony fangirl by the time I was done. The artist draws a fantastic Ed, the kind that makes you love him even more (especially on That Night when he's crawling over to Al's armor or when he's standing back to back with Roy and smirking) and a Roy that plays havoc with my hormones (those said back to back illustrations with Ed or when he's posing and smirking on his own) and a wonderful human!Al that's just gorgeous. The colors are these beautiful shades that are light and airy... but not really pastel or girly, they're just perfect for this kind of art. The lines are delicate, but without being overly so. Just... yeah. Beautiful, beautiful art, to the point where I spazz over it and get incoherent. >_> (A little Al/Ed and Roy/Ed, if the unions are any indication, but there's a lot of gen, too.)

- Full Metal Alchemist - Hope Factory [ Japanese Fanart Site ] - There were a couple of Roy/Ed illustrations on this site that just... completely and utterly won me over. The first one I noticed was Ed pulling a surprised Roy down to his level by the lapels that just... the artist drew them really well and used these prettypretty colors and used the softener effect really well that I just... I went all fangirly over it and swooned. She also draws them both very nicely in military uniforms and there's one of Roy leaning over to kiss him and we see it through the window and there's a gorgeous one of just Ed himself and then there are pretty comics... yeah, okay, I'm not coherent right now (am I ever? ^_~), but this site was very cute and nice and I had a lot of fun with it. She has a very clean and simplistic CG style that works well with the softened effect and was a nice stop. ^_^v (Roy/Ed.)

- Death Note - Noah's Ark [ Japanese Fanart Site ] - This is a site Hinoko pointed out to me... and I think could easily become one of my favorites of the fandom because... well, the artist starts out a little shakey with the first illustration or two, but by the time you get to the one of Raito in the sky with wings like Ryuuku's? She ROCKS with the imagery for the characters. Death and religion and all sorts of symbolic elements that actually WORK rather than being pretentious. There's also a fantastic one of Raito asleep on the floor admist several pages of the Death Note, there's a fantastic one of L sleeping on top of him, with Raito holding a knife above him, about to stab him in the back, there's a stunning one of a naked Raito holding a skull and dripping wet, and then... *swoons* a beautiful one of a bloody L kissing Raito, who's holding a bloody knife and the effect is just... FANTASTIC. The lines, the effects, everything about this art is really good. *luffs* (A little L/Raito, but a lot of gen, too.)

- Scryed/Gundam Wing - [ Japanese Fanart Site ] - *blinks* Is this page not on my Scryed recs page? Bwuh? This is one of my favorite Scryed sites because the art is just... it's pretty! The artist does one of my favorite kind of CG styles--it's not overly clunky, instead the lines are cleaner and smoother, the colors more subtle, and it looks very professionally done. The lines and the inking are fabulous, but the artist also just draws really cute illustrations sometimes and really smutty ones other times. Very, very pretty smut sometimes. *__* There's a slight kink factor running through the art, but I can't find myself minding too much because they're so pretty. .....bah, my rec for this site sucks, which is too bad, because the art here is lovely and are my favorite pairings for each series, which always makes me happy to see pretty art of. XD;; ♥♥ (Heero/Duo, Ryuhou/Kazuma, some content warning.)

- Harry Potter - If He Tries Anything by Pocket Witch - ....why am I reading HP fic? And if I'm reading HP fic, why is it Snape/Lupin? ....I suppose it's because the premise sounded intriguing and it was short and the beginning was well-written enough to hook me in. Plus... I kinda like the concept: Snape decides to search for a suitable partner. He does so very systematically and unemotionally. Then, with similar cold logic, he sets out to win his man. That struck me as something that could potentially be really funny in the right author's hands... and it was. XD Done humorously, but never stretching the premise too far or packing too much in, it was just... hahahahaha, Snape WOULD think it was all Remus' fault that they were friends, that he forced it on him. That alone TOTALLY made this fic worth reading. ....plus, I kinda don't hate the Snape/Remus pairing. >_> Good, good, funny fic that's a light read. ♥ (Snape/Lupin.)

I actually recognize that GW art from a doujinshi cover that's on the site. I saw that doujinshi come up a bunch of times at eBay. I never realized they had a site. Thanks very much for sharing it!

.....is it bad if I feel just a wee bit accomplished if I can hunt down a GW site that you've not seen? I mean, sure, you've seen their doujinshi, but still! (It's a shame there aren't more GW art sites still around, I could really have a field day then. ^_~)
